EMPHASIS IN DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY FOR THE THEATRE
Course Requirements for the 2007-2008 Undergraduate Catalog
The Theatre Arts major is an impacted program. To be admitted to the Theatre Arts program in Design and Technology, students must meet the following criteria:
- . Complete Theatre 100, 107 or 120, and 130 with a grade of C or higher
- . Complete a minimum of 30 transferable semester units
- . Have a cumulative GPA of 2.4 or higher
- . Complete 240A & 240B (or their transfer equivalent)
- . Have a combined GPA of 2.7 for 107, 240A, & 240B
- . Submit a portfolio of design work for review by the Head of Undergraduate Design.
- Transfer students should present a letter of support from their previous school if no design work is available.
