DON POWELL THEATRE

The larger of our two theatres seats 491 and is a proscenium-type theatre with side-stages and a small apron. It’s used in a wide variety of configurations from thrust to arena. The electrical system is a 365 dimmer-per-circuit system with two E.T.C. "ION" lighting control consoles for traditional and moving light control. The stage is fully trapped and is adjacent to a full-stage wagon house. The rigging system is a combination five electric winch lighting batons and 30 counter-weighted line sets. The sound system is computer based digital storage and control.
