James B. Ray knows the world for the illusion that it is. He can manipulate electrons and photons with sheer force of will. Equipment spontaneously self repairs in his presence. His depth of knowledge is so vast even he has trouble accessing it. He is the Chief Engineer for the Film & Television Program in the School of Theatre, Television & Film at San Diego State University. And although he may strike a fearsome aspect, he has a soft and chewy candy core.
